The cafe de peney is a well-known and established coutryside caffe in genfs opposite. it is important to have a differentiated menu, but with snails and frogs i... lire la suite The cafe de peney is a well-known and established coutryside caffe in genfs opposite. it is important to have a differentiated menu, but with snails and frogs in the fish menu together with only 1 other fish dish does not make it; for most...people it just doesn't mean a choice. so guess we went for the fish! a lieu jaune . we appreciate the asian bamboo steam presentation, but it really looked like the fish and its surrounding vegetables would have any kind of sauce (asian soy based, olive oil, lemon or whatever;) it was only there, naked. Nevertheless, the fish was perfectly boiled and fresh in ordering experience. but we expect much more of this place! starter and gloomy were great. further on the bright side was the personal friendly and their wine list is well balanced and really expensive. cafe de peney is a beautiful place, but it has not yet found its mojo. go back, support them, they deserve our support!

Les plats étaient variés, délicieux et super bien décorés de l'entrée au dessert.Pour finir, le chef fait le tour des tables en toute simplicité et convivialité.Parfait en tous points. Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir pris de photos.

Les produits frais et le service rapide et agréable sont toujours au rendez-vous. Ayant peu de temps pour mon déjeuner (1h), je vais régulièrement dans ces restaurants, ce qui me permet également de manger équilibré. En bref, un bon plan pour la ligne et le porte-monnaie, à recommander ! Mention spéciale pour leurs soupes, un vrai plaisir par ces températures.
