For me personally, this at least prevents it from earning 5 stars. The temperature in the restaurant area was American, meaning I had to put on my jacket to keep warm, and all the other guests were also wearing their winter sweaters. As a welcome, we were handed menus. The waiter pushed all the food and drinks toward me without comment, and I was allowed to pass them on to a table for two. The tables were also cleared without a word. Overall, I didn't feel welcome. The food was solid, but nothing more. In a cafeteria, it's more personal.

They swap out the spicy ribs for regular, and put the sauce on the side, so I can control what goes into it. I also request 1/2 the rice, because I get too full otherwise. The staff was very friendly. The sushi was good, not great. My two roles were both very hard to dive because they were very fragile and very easy to separate. However, the prices were great, so no real complaints from me. The salmon roll was also huge, which I appreciated. I definitely feel like I'm worth my money.
