Daily catches, cooked simply with a large Portuguese wine selection, served by friendly and obliging staff. Delicious coffee and desserts and a huge port selection as well, given its a Portuguese restaurant. Incidentally, the owners also own Cafe Vasco directly next to the restaurant, and their coffee and omelette are amazing for a good breakfast pick me up. Come here for a special night, and come hungry.

I would say the only bad part is that they are only opened during sugar shack season. I would definitely see this menu all year round in a Montreal restaurant. I always dreaded to go to traditional sugar shack once a year as I found...it overpriced cheap cafeteria food. This is by far more of an upscale menu with maple flavors. Will most likely go again with friends before the end of the season and looking forward to next year.
