I hope this may spark a trend of other cultural foods (beside Asian--inspired cuisine) to come into town. The food tastes delicious! And they always offer reasonable portion sizes for the price. The only downside is they haven't had tostones for the LONGEST time, ever since they opened last semester. It kind of feels weird to have it on the menu, but never have it in stock. If their larger sister restaurant in Durham can serve them, there must be a way to get it to the smaller store. I hope they come soon!

We came back with my boyfriend’s dad and I tried the fish and chips this time. They lived up to their fame, although they took a very long time to come out.

Absolutely amazing service, friendly, attentive, etc. the second night I sat for about 20 minutes and no one would wait on me. Now, I?m staying at the inn so for a week is $1,000 and for some reason tonight they wouldn?t wait on me. I walked out and went to Sweet Old Bills just three blocks down. There was only one table occupied and three people at the bar. The previous night I left a very generous tip. So bottom line is spotty service. I understand things are not the same but this was unsettling. I stay in High Point a lot and was planning on staying here but am rethinking that as this was just so odd. This experience has reflected on the hotel and not just the restaurant. I?m not sure I?ll stay again. I am generous and at least would like to be waited on.
