"Master burger is one of these restaurants that will never be good. I grew up in cookstown and always enjoyed their burgers. I come to him years later, know that there is still a family business is so amazing, and I am glad that the pandemic has not closed this place. the burgers melt in their mouth with taste, and the poutins and twill rings are amazing. that is really a hidden gem and is so damn amazing. if they are ever over, please order from here, they will not be disappointed."

"First time here, we had a group breakfast on a Sunday. At 9 am the place was not too full we had reserved but by the time we left the place had people waiting to sit down and cars were still coming in the parking lot. I must say the breakfast was awsome, three eggs, 4 pieces of peameal bacon, home fries and toast with coffee was $10 and well worth it. Fast pleasant service and great food what more could you ask for."

"I had half ribs with pulled pork and sweet potatoes fries! This is sooo delicious! The sauce they put is good! I love the half pickle! Everything about the dish is so amazing! I'm definitely ordering again! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves meat! They do have poutine and a bunch of other things! (I'm gonna try later). Come eat at this place! You won't regret it!"

"We were in the area for the night and found the Iron Horse with TripAdvisor. I've been a vegetarian for 40 years and had the best Veggie Burger I've ever had here. My wife had the steak which apparently was delicious too. Highly recommended"

"This shop opened April 2016. You can grab a Kawartha ice cream here. Or a baked treat supplied by Sweet B in Bradford...cupcakes, cookies and even Bread Pudding. They also make an amazing, huge Cinnamon Bun. It's a bit pricey at $12 but sooo good. In the near future they will be having French Pressed Coffee here as well. There are no tables but there is a couch in the front window if you wish to sit.It is not wheelchair accessible."
