When driving around trying it decide one where to go, we noticed this new place and decided to give them a try. With any new restaurant, the food sometimes evolves to suit the customers that frequently dine or carry out. This one is new and has some growing pains to endure, as the food portions and order mistakes,in the long run, will lessen and they become better. The service was good, courteous, friendly and we had a nice experience. We ordered carry-out and everything is made to order. Immediately, upon arrival you see a long gravel parking area and once inside, your eyes fall immediately to the food preparation area, specifically, the grill. This entices the senses when you are hungry We tried a few items and had a return visit to try more. We found the portions smaller than anticipated and experienced a few mistakes in our order. One sandwich in particular we did not find good, the catfish fillet. The hamburgers were good. The pork BBQ sandwich was dry and slaw, as well. Fries were cooked fine but portion small and inadequate to fill a teen. The dining area was not in view at the pick up area, so I cannot comment on the dining ambiance or experience. I'm not sure when we will return, but it is possible.
Very friendly family-owned business, with great food!Parking: Grave lot for parking, can park a big rig or truck with trailer on the side.
Nice Place! We decided to eat at this place because of previous good reviews and we are very happy that we did! The atmosphere is down home and the husband and wife team really took care of us. My wife had the barbecue plate and I had the popcorn shrimp and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals!
Amazing sweet tea. Hamburgers cook the way I like. Super friendly people.
