Great American Cookies - Braselton

Went in the store on Monday ordered a 16 round cookie cake (very simple only wanted the border and the words Happy Birthday Tyler) to be picked up Friday afternoon paid cash for it. Went to pick it up it was not ready so they said it would only take them a few minutes to do it, the man brought it out to me and it had pink on it yet the cake is for a guy!

Stay here. We picked up a big biscuit cake yesterday and we cut it so you could say it was a week or so old. Very dead. I couldn't eat, call the store and was just stopped....

The cookies were hard like a stone. I asked the representative before the front when the cookies were made, she said 11 and told me she didn't know why the ONE cookie would be hard. I literally fucked the cookie on the table and it was not fragile/breakable. The ice had zero taste and all she did was offer me another stone of a cookie. Awful.

No stars. Unrespectful. My mother ordered a biscuit cake at the beginning of December and chose the theme “Sässon’s Greeting” from her website. She's already paid. The only change she requested was to announce Merry Christmas. I picked it up today and brought it to her, it was totally wrong. Nothing as desired. It looks like a bullseye with a crummed message that's scratched up. She called for a polite correction of concern. The “Manager” begins to argue with it and increase its tone. Unacceptable. He should have had the mistake like a decent person. He puts them down and doesn't come back. Don't worry, I'm hoping that they can have such a pleasant conversation with the manager to contact the corporate office.

This location went above and beyond to help me get my husbands 30th birthday cake. After placing my order online to be made asap, Hemali called me within minutes to let me know their decorator had an emergency and had to leave early. They ended up delivering the cake to his work on his actual birthday. I really appreciated how hard they worked to find a way. I’ll be coming back for sure! Thanks again.
