The Smokehouse Bbq - Caldwell

The food was excellent but it's tough to overlook how dirty the place was. The kitchen is clean but the dining area was pretty gross. It's not that big of an area either and I can't imagine that it would take very long to push a broom through the place once in a while.

I got the rib sandwich it was amazing it would be 5 stars but my grandfather got the brisket and it was hust fat and no meat so you need to work on that but for the most part service was amazing good job.

Had the brisket. Awesome food, big portions, friendly people. Definitely coming back!

Easily the best BBQ spot in Caldwell in my opinion. Brisket was on point. Highly recommended the mac cheese burnt ends. What I wanted to order wasn't on the menu but the lady who helped made it happen with no hassle. Great customer service. Can't wait to take my wife here.
