However, the beef was a bit disappointing; it was quite fatty, which made the broth feel heavier at the top where the fat floated, but lighter at the bottom. I don't think the beef and broth paired very well. I couldn’t finish the entire dish, but I did enjoy every last drop of the broth. Next time, I think I'll opt for the...
