Zizi's Vegan Food Truck - Charlotte

We used to frequent Zizi’s brick and mortar take out restaurant until he had to close up last year and we were so bummed. So excited that he’s back!! We got some old favorites the other day chik’n cheese steak sub and a grilled veggie sub (like mine on a tortilla all as good as ever! Highly recommend!! This weekend (8/24/19 the truck will be at the Open Air Market on Central (Sat and the Vegan Vibe Music Fest at Heist (Sun we will be getting some Zizi’s food at at least one of those places. :

Once a month, this truck comes to Shelby. The food is so delicious and there are gluten-free options! I have the shark jacket and one side of Fritten.

We love the buffalo chicken sandwich! While they do not use vegan cheese, whatever they put on their sandwich is perfect. They are in Berrybrook Farm on most days and occasionally appear in Birdsong Brewery.

Zizis was one of my first experiences with vegan cuisine that they never disappointed. I dream about her chicken Philly Cheesesteak.
