"I’m a frequent diner at Trattoria Gusto and I have always been impressed with the staff and food. The problem is the owner doesn’t get things fixed. Take the air conditioning in the dining room and bar, it hasn’t worked all summer so the patio...door is open. This has created a fly and wasp problem and the heat in the restaurant is unbearable. I feel for the staff, especially those in the kitchen where I’m sure it is much hotter. I left last night without having dessert as I couldn’t bear the heat any longer. As well, the TV in the bar is never on because apparently no one knows how to get it to work, so no Blue Jays or other sports. If you’re not going to get the problem fixed then get rid of it!"

"Great experience! I mailed them before the time and they let me know to mention celiac disease when ordering, and they would take precautions in their backs.
