Panda Express - Fort Shafter

As a regular customer of other Panda Express, my opinion is that this restaurant is not like others. A short menu, with much different size options. Since the sizing was so different, it was hard to predict the portions that we are accustomed to. The cashier put the sundries in the handless bag and we left. So the noodles were dry and the vegetables were aged and minimal. There was no soy sauce in the bag so we had dry flavorless noodles. The walnut shrimp had few walnuts, and was overall tasteless. Is this fare normal?

So a plate costs $12.90 (2 entrees and a side). Why does the black pepper steak cost an additional $1.75, just to be full of mushrooms? It’s hard to notice at first, because everything is sitting in the black sauce. At the end if the day, the dish was underwhelming. And the customer service subpar. You almost have to beg for a sauce (sweet and sour) even after buying an egg roll. Just include it, or ask. Don’t make me have to investigate the tray before walking away. This is the location at the food court.
