Papa Johns Pizza - Granite Falls

The last two times I 've ordered from here I did not get everything I ordered. The first time the delivery driver returned with the missing item. The second time, today, I spent 40 minutes on hold listening to Papa John 's ads while no one answered the phone. My daughter was able to get through before I was because her call was routed to the corporate office which then connected her on a priority call to the Granite Falls store. It took another 20 minutes (total 60 minutes) before someone answered the phone, claimed she was the manager, that she was the only person in the store, and that she Did Not Know How To issue a refund for the missing items. Seriously?! Then she told me she would have to leave a note for the real manager. The good news is the corporate office in Atlanta had a very nice, professional, customer service agent who took down the complaint. I wouldn 't have called them if the girl who answered the phone hadn 't tried to impersonate a manager. On the slim chance that she actually was a manager and didn 't know how to do her job that would be even worse. Getting the missing items refunded is the last business I will ever have with this store. It has happened too often and enough is enough. I don 't recommend ordering food from this restaurant unless you like paying for stuff you won 't get. For anyone who is fed up with the poor service a simple Google search for Papa John 's corporate office, Atlanta Georgia will get you the phone number you need.

Wouldn't recommend delivery you won't get everything you ordered. Spent 69.00 for 2 large pizzas cheese bread and a drink. They didn't bring the wings but we did get the extra ranch for them. I would have went and picked it up myself but I had a sick child to deal with. Never Again!!!
