Contribuer aux commentairesMy family and I were regular customers of this place, for this reason we have invited my nephew who lives in Miami Beach since he came from Spain, Europe; he's 26 years old and he wanted to drink wine in the restaurant. They asked for his identification I think is fine; When he showed his ID, the waiter said no to him that he had to bring his passport instead. I told him that we understood, but that the passport was in the hotel, and if we could talk to a manager; that he didn't even listen to us, and he just said he had to bring a passport. I love to travel, and it is the first place in the world to tell me that an ID is not an identification document, for me and my family it is a bit embarrassing, so we will never return to this place.
Imagine an online order, and immediately after our arrival Devin assisted us in our delivery. He had a positive professional attitude with a huge smile. Our experience made a smooth and simple process. Thanks Flanigan? Hialeah for always the best customer service!
I ordered the ribs with frits, they were delicious. Customer service was amazing, from hostess to server to manager. Our server (peter) was super friendly, with a huge smile on his face all the time. Overall an excellent dinner experience.
I can't explain how the service is beautiful, but the food was 2 hours late. I have my record 30 minutes before my partner's dinner. Mine was cold when his food came. They forgot our appetizers, but it's okay because we have it on the house because our server forgot to put in the appetizers, and then they charged me for my sandwich full price when it was on the $6.99 Happy Hour Special until 4 and we ordered at 3:30. Super sad experience. I can't visit such a place anymore. I added a picture of one of our records because we waited so long for my phone to die in the process.
Will definitely come back to this Flanigans location. Food was delicious and the host Danay was very nice, friendly and professional.
