Mcalister's Deli - Hinds County

Showed up almost an hour before closing, was asked if we were dining in, when we replied yes, they (meaning all three people behind the counter) left the counter, went to their “manager” and said “they’re wanting to dine in.” Manager tells them no, and they come back saying as much.Rude weird service, sub par food, and overall bad experience.

Ordered 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad. Couldn't eat 1/4 of the salad as it was bad.

Ordered a spud max and a burnt up mess. Not even edible. Unfortunately they are closed so I can't even get my money back. Should be ashamed to serve this garbage to the public. They should never have made this order of they didn't have fresh food to serve. Just lost a good customer.

Decent food. Quality and service has declined with this chain over the last few years. Is a decent choice for a quick bite. A bit on the pricey side as it seems they have went up in price and removed some of our favorite items from the menuParking: You can sometimes find a parking spot if it is not busy. The lot is mediumKid-friendliness: If your children know how to conduct themselves in public then the experience is okWheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking, BUT do not have self opening doors.
