I did not have much conversation, but that was absolutely ok, and I heard others doing friendly smalltalk with the staff. The coconut pancakes with fruits were good and so was the coffee. However there are cheaper places around with even better quality. Updated from previous review on 2022-12-27
The yogurt here is simply the best on the island. It’s made from all vegan products and anyone who bases a review on them not getting along with the owner is clearly not writing a review about the food.
We admittedly didn’t go in to the shop as it was closed because of staff shortage i believe, so pim was in the cafe attached, and if the service we received from her here is anything to go by then visiting the shop also isn’t worth being attacked by the rudest owner ever
Had the worst experience today with this owner Pim! Terrible attitude, aggressive, rude! Over priced and very bad quality. Avoid at all costs
Short Review: Place has zero “joy of life” Bad Service Can’t take photos inside Basic product selection Overpriced repackaged goods Long Review: I had a very bad experience at her small shop Pim Boutique Organic Joy of Life . The staff lady who worked there was very rude and seemed like she did not want to be there and was not joyous to have customers in her store. She was glaring at us from the moment we parked our bike on the curb. I almost turned around actually to leave because I felt so weird. lol I was excited to visit the store to see what bulk and organic products they had. However, most things were repackaged and resold (probably from Mackro) or another bulk supplier. It was also very overpriced for the amount. I was not impressed with the quality either and she had a lot of random Western products all over the place. I found things overpriced when compared to other Western type specialty stores on the island. Don’t go out of your way to go here. Especially with the poor attitude. I felt weird spending my money there but I needed something in a pinch. Just go to Limpongping or the organic shop in Srithanu or even Lazada. She has some homemade products but I don’t find them high quality. The pesto is extremely oily (the oil is low quality and leaves a weird coating on the tongue). It was too much herbs, with no salt, or acidity to break the herb flavor. I also did not taste any of the pine nuts that would go in a pesto or if she added a vegan cheese substitute. I would not recommend it. Her coca nibs were stale. Her bulk products are subpar (for the price) Oh and no pictures allowed! Which is weird because I wanted to take pictures of the products to remember what they have and budget but I was told no photos. Why? Are her store products copyrighted? Then when I took out my money out my bag, the attendant watched me like a HAWK! I felt like a was an inmate not a customer... Save your time And money Unless it’s for convenient. I like her vegan coconut yogurt but just buy it at limpingpong or other shops all over the island. I would avoid this place.
