Whataburger - Lawton

Placed an advance online order to be picked up 30 minutes later from the time I placed it. We get there and are told the food wasn’t ready bc they still were cooking biscuits. Told a 6 minute wait. 15 minutes later they bring another order out and we ask the worker how much longer on our food. Was asked for our name again… bring it out told them we were missing drinks. They said they’d bring it right out. They didn’t, we ended up having to go in for drinks and 2 items missing. Mention it to the worker and he says oh yea totally forgot your drinks… granted this was 2 in the morning but the place was dead….

They did a great job taking my order. Fast and friendly. Paid with the app, but there was lots of confusion. Employee not trained. Told to pull around and wait for the order, then asked to move again. Waited way too long; then, the order was brought out incomplete. Continued to wait until they returned with the rest. It was not a great experience. They were very disorganized.
