"terrible service, loss of sale and business. not gott. on Sunday, May 29 at 1630 I wanted to get two smoked salmon and cream cheese bags. when it came to my turn, I told the girl my order and because of the line of three customers behind me, she would help me after she rings them out quickly. confident, I courteously agreed, but after the first customer took more time to continue serving the other two remaining customers behind me, while standing with bagels I had starving to eat. she has not reported any appreciation for the waiting. I wait patiently for the family of four in front of me to balance their things and complete their purchase. Now she's waiting for me to ring three people before I kill my bagels. I asked another work (young boy) if he could make the bagels and he said only the girl in the money could make the bagels. everyone can be patient and wait until the customers before them, we all see that they are the only one working. Why will everyone cut the line before me when I wait like everyone else. I don't understand the decision making and customer service. obviously, everyone at this place is not treated the same."
