Just myself. was seated at my table and asked for a water and a straw took about ten minutes to get the straw after I got the water I ordered strawberry crispers and a magnificent 7. My waitresses goal was to avoid me at all cost. She brought my crispers my water was empty she didn’t refill it til my main coarse arrived. She was extra chipper to all tables around me but little as possible was her goal to speak to me. My main coarse was good. My crispiers were quite the site. Once I went to pay the cashier made sure to call the waitress over like oh see no tip. I tip off service and the waitress gave terrible service.
Making customers stand and wait when there are open tables because they are short a cook Seat us and wait instead of us standing
Ok, this business is TERRIBLE!!!!! Don 't get me wrong, but the waiters are really nice willing to help you but that 's not the problem. A HUGE problem with this place is, We literally saw the chef SMOKING OUTSIDE. We were doubting he washed his hands because when we went inside we see this lady at the front desk and confront her about the smoking chef. She said "oh yeah it 's my brother, he ALWAYS washes his hands. we incredibly disbelieved this cause when we left the restaurant, SHE WAS SMOKING OUTSIDE!!!!! But let 's get to the main point. The food was all soft and mushy, including the green beans and mashed potatoes. We also got pancakes, they were literally hanging over the edge of the plate. They also gave us a plate that looked like a dog water bowl. We also asked for chocolate chips in them. And they put it on the SIDE!!!! Completely ignoring our request. The only good thing was them actually letting us get our meals free. This place needs a HUGE change if they want more customers. I can tell it 's only 3 stars. We will never be coming back.
Friday night. Place almost empty. We had a party of 8. Waitress was Awesome. We bought at Strawberry pie upon arrival. Birthday celebration. Manager gave us a hard time about the pie we bought. Refused to cut it up. She said that pie was for eating outside the restaurant. Was it a bad pie? Why irratate the Very few customers you have? No wonder the place was nearly empty.
My food was cold ordered, a nother order of hash browns told them they where cold, charged , me again short staff
