"This is the first place that I've ever heard of that charges you for water. . . $6/bottle. They give you no other option and don't tell you that they charge for it either. They make it seem like soup/salad comes with the meal, which makes sense because of the pries of the entrée, but again, they charge you separately for that as well. I was surprised they didn't charge me for going to the bathroom. Service was okay considering we were the only ones in there, but the server made everything sound so confusing. The food was good, but not worth the price. You can get the same quality any where else for much cheaper. My first and last visit. Make sure you ask them what's included with your meal if you go here. . . or just don't go here."

"I will never go back to the Derry rd location in Mississauga. I ordered my food and had to leave it because of the servers disgusting behaviour. She acted as though I wasn't a paying customer and was doing me a favour giving me food. She made two dinners for me and when I asked her for two patties, she rolled her eyes at me. When I asked her if something was wrong based on her attitude, she asked me if I wanted something to be wrong. I told her to keep the food and eat it herself. Maybe it hurts her to sell the food to other people! When I went outside 5 people told me they don't buy food from them because of the behaviour of the workers. The place is even run down, I cant even imagine what the back looks like. Don't even try to complain because the workers refuse to tell you who the owner is. I will never go back there again. Keep your food Mr. Jerk and I hope you enjoy it!"
