This is a semi new mexican place in Newmarket near the Rexall on Yonge. The mexican food offered here is def. more authentic than other restaurants in Newmarket... Lire plus This is a semi new mexican place in Newmarket near the Rexall on Yonge. The mexican food offered here is def. more authentic than other restaurants in Newmarket. I have had the chicken burrito and the chicken enchiladas. Both were tasty but my preference is the enchiladas which was topped with a salsa dressing, cheese and sour cream. It also came with a side of mexican rice and re fried beans. The burrito was a little on the dry side and didn't taste very flavourful something was missing. It also didn't come with any sides so I felt like the dish was lacking a bit. The service is great and they even give you chips and dip to start!

Having traveled all over Mexico not just the resorts, this as authentic as it gets. Everything was fantastic starting with fresh nacho chips and warm Salsa that we were greeted with. The presentation was absolutely gorgeous which made the overall dining experience wonderful. The portions are great as well, I am completely stuffed! I asked our server for a recommendation for the tacos I forgot the name of the dish but it was slow roasted pork cooked in banana leaves. So delicious! My boyfriend got the shrimp dish and it was so tasty as well. The GUACAMOLE oh my goodness... if you are eating here you MUST TRY THE GUAC! It was so delicious and fresh, it really tasted as if they picked the avocados from the trees prior to serving! Best I have ever had. The customer service was great and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Will definitely be coming again next time I'm looking forward to trying the deserts!
