Subway - North Merrick

This subway sucks! They’re always out of everything and the man who works there is a no personality cardboard box. Only plus side is it’s open until 1a but they need to be manage the store and train the staff better.

People do not speak english working there and did not know what’s on there sandwiches and put cold veggies on a toasted

Ordered online ahead so I could be in and out. I arrive and the guy tells me 2 minutes. Proceeds to make 2 other sandwiches ahead of mine and then fulfills my order. WHATS THE POINT OF ORDERING AHEAD IF U DONT START IT UNTIL I WALK THROUGH THE DOOR. Very frustrating. No apology, no eye contact, nothing. The Philly also barely had meat, mostly onions and peppers.

A place in order to doordash through Subway Jerusalem Avenue in Merrick I never received my order but they took my money out of my account for the order I keep getting text saying that it was delivered and I never received anything so I went down to the store they said they never received the order so I don't know who use my name but it came out of my account and somebody got free food tonight never again through doordash you can forget it. I keep getting text saying that my order was delivered I don't know who they delivered it to but I never got it I spoke to doordash and they said that they going to refund my money we'll see.

Staff is very polite, and remembers my order as soon as they see my face, that very reassuring that they pay close attention to customer service, not to Mention its clean and the food is good.
