"I only ate here once, but it was a very good experience. this place has more vegan options on the menu than most Japanese restaurants, and eating seemed clean, fresh and was well presented. I had a very satisfying bowl of cold soba noodles with Japanese mountain vegetables, which was served with a beautiful small ensemble of seasoned. also tried a sweet roll - a sushi roll, in which all the fillings were green sweet and spout, also beautiful. service was good, I will return definitiw if in the contrary (note: I did not ask if there were any invisible non-vegan elements used in food preparation -- I do not think there was such a thing to ask but they would like to ask"
