I ordered a couple of their Brooklyn calzones, which from the online pictures looked delicious. However, like many reviews before me, “stay away from the calzones because they look better than they taste.” The calzone was a classic with pepperoni and cheese. While there was a generous portion of cheese and pepperoni, the calzone was mostly tasteless. Oddly enough, the entire calzone seemed somehow devoid of any residual grease — inside or out — which I thought was peculiar. I was very disappointed and recommend that future customers stick to their normal pizza and subs and avoid the calzones.

Scott from Charlie's Pizza and Subs went above and beyond to ensure our large order was delivered on time with everything we needed. His follow-up phone call to check if everything was perfect was a thoughtful touch. The crew unanimously agrees that the food was exceptional. Highly recommended!

12 pizzas I needed last minute and they delivered literally! Pizza was great the kids and parents loved it. I definitely recommend this place was great! If your looking for a pizza place to deliver for football games at Mattie Jt Stepanek Park these guys are it and are only a few minutes away!!!!! Thanks again we will be back

I haven’t been here since it changed from Sam’s to Charlie’s, and was very pleased! I got my favorite, the Italian Sub, and they had an additional twist to it I didn’t expect: some spicy relish (I think they called it hots? I got mine on the side because I have a love-hate relationship with spicy things, but it really did add an extra something! It’s a great place to go to relax after work and hang out while preparing for the commute home.
