A waiter throughout the room took minutes to take orders because he stepped back to bring the dishes to the other tables as well. They make us pay a bill and then call us back and tell us that it was double and that we had marched on it, honestly we go to pay and not even a receipt will show us. Food arrived cold, we left almost everything.
There are several dishes on the menu (including linguine with wild boar sauce). The service is slow and confusing. To have a pasta dish you have to wait at least minutes because the kitchen is not equipped. On the other hand the products seem genuine and well cooked. The blonde waitress is nice, but I don't recommend it.
Please don't call it Roman cuisine. It is not easy to judge the first courses we ate because they were far from expectations. I think it is not even worth describing why they were not to our liking so much was the disappointment. The second star I had to give for the availability in cooking again of the new rigatoni for my son who is allergic to dairy products and instead they are seasoned with pecorino already during the preparation. There are also doubts about the dessert that they passed off for their own production. I don't think I'll be back.
We had the cacio e pepe tonnerelli but they seemed more linguine but it is probably the type of tonnerello .... I would change it. Request bottled beer but to have the glasses of beer we had to wait (in the meantime the beer has warmed up) and still request them from the waiter. However, to apologize, Ms offered us another plate of tuna fish, which is better than the first. Unfortunately, I remembered it better as a place. I'm sorry.
