Contribuer aux commentairesCasino. Haven't been here in yrs, went in the afternoon for my birthday. Walked in with $20 (yea, big-time degenerate gambler), left in a couple hours with $10. I go for entertainment, not to win enough to make a house payment. Staff I interacted with were super nice and helpful.Service: 5/5
Not sure of the rooms but if they are anything like the rest of the hotel then you'll have nothing to worry about. Excellent location. Wonderful to see the river from the steps of the casino. Service and people were wonderful.Service: 5/5
First trip to Horeshoe Casino St.Louis, MO. Since we travel alot and enjoy casinos, we got a complimentary room at HoteLumiere at The Arch. We had a nice king suite with seperate sitting, TV area. Nice room but the bathroom was TINY. And it was a long walk to the casino and any restaurants. A number of seniors were not happy about the long trudge down halls and across skywalks. I 'll borrow a passage from another occupant rather than repeat: Charges a ‘resort fee’ but there are NO amenities, NO microwave in entire hotel, NON-working pool, workout facilities, elevator was out of service (late night), WiFi was not 24/7, no bar on first floor (closed down), subpar housekeeping. Essentially, it is a place to sleep. The casino is trashed out by local patrons by 9:00 pm. Trash, drink cups, lots of ash trays, many turned over and cigarette butts on the floor are around all the popular slot machines. There are a few staff pushing cleaning carts around but rarely stopping to clean. Employees from the front desk to casino acted like you were bothering them and some were just rude. Some table games were open and operating and had ONE waitress working who never served anyone playing slots! Problems for non-smokers include dirty smelly ashtrays on slot machines, ashes all over the machine, and of course that heavy smoker next to you who doesn 't realize that you DON 'T enjoy their second hand smoke. If you wanted a beverage, you had to walk to a bar at either end of the casino. Hands down the worse service we have ever experienced at any casino. If you can tolerate the smoke and dirty slots and spilled ashtrays, then you will be right at home.Food drinks: There are NOT any food and drinks. You must walk to the casino.
The casino it’s self isn’t a bad casino. Never really had an issues here other than some table games not being open but that seems to be an industry standard. They have been doing some remodeling so it’s nice to see updates coming.Hotel Lumiere is terrible and not even worth a free room if they offer it. Attached is also the Four Seasons which is an out of this world hotel and the best in St. Louis.Restaurant options are limited it seems.
Staff is rude on day shift and only reason why continue to visit is because I prefer the slots and games.otherwise I 'd never visit if depended on the main staff for my return. Very snooty staff and vibe eard them once say u cannot come in because you associate with those people down there meaning homeless people, which I felt was beyond their business and if person is 21 yrs old and comes to gamble should be able to access casino and play no matter what their personal life and personal friendship s are.
