Whataburger - Tallahassee

This restaurant is a good place to get a quick meal. The staff is responsive and polite. Due to its push to provide fast service, it sometimes leads to burgers being made sloppy and not hot. This is not the norm, but it has occurred a few times when you visit during the lunch break. The frits are usually always hot.

The manager Ray is amazing. He is very friendly and I was surprised that he tried to welcome every customer! I had a burger in the restaurant, clean, fresh vegetables and pommes!! the best place to go!!

The checkout this day was super friendly and she did everything right I don't remember her name, but she was right on target. As usual, the hamburger was fantastic, the frits were great and the coke was cold. That's all you need.

I was 35 minutes for the drive. I had gone, but I was locked up. The food was good, but the wait was too long.

This is my first review for Whataburger, where I have been enjoying delicious burgers for many years. Unfortunately, I was disappointed today when 2 out of the 3 burgers I ordered were burnt and tasted bitter. The chicken was overcooked and very tough, and seemed to be old. This was a frustrating experience, and I hope Whataburger can avoid issues like this in the future to retain its customers.
