Horrible service and bad attitudes. Witnessed staff walk off the job. After waiting 30 minutes I was told my pre paid order was canceled because they were too busy and treated like garbage. Avoid this place

Was in the area my kid wanted pizza so I ordered a stuffed crust on the app, got a pretty good deal, I went to get thepizza Plenty of well illuminated parking spots Place seemed very clean and following Covid precautions When we arrived I waited T the counter a minute or so Then the manager came out looked at me and then went in the kitchen and yelled at somebody that when you hear the doo chime please go to the counter Then a couple minutes later Lady comes out, takes my payment, gave me the pizza then asked for a tip- i'm a strong believer in tipping but I thought it was kind of odd wanting a tip just for ringing up my pizza and handing me to take out Pizza was good, tasted like any other pizza hut pizza

These people give zero sh*ts. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from them. I get that the employers probably don 't make enough money and are overworked and unappreciated. But that 's really not our fault. And if they had zero customers then they wouldn 't have jobs and wouldn 't be making any money at all. The first couple of times we ordered from here were actually okay. But each order has been slowly getting worse and worse. They will make you wait 30 40 mins past your delivery time so that the driver can load up his car with 10 15 orders and deliver them all at the same time. I was even told by a worker by phone that they shut off delivery at a certain time each night so that they can just do all the deliveries at once. And poo poo on us, we 'll just have to wait till they get around to delivering our order whenever that will be...He was rude and unapologetic. Sounded like he had a bit of short man complex too. Tonight our order was 35 mins late even though we live less than 10 mins from the restaurant. And one of our pizzas was missing 1/3 of its toppings (see photo). So for the $60 bucks we paid, our food was late and cold, and we got shafted on toppings. We won 't be wasting our time here anymore. I hope the place catches a waft from a smoking addict 's cigarette and goes down in a glowing ball of flame.
