"I ate one dinner and two breakfasts here recently. The views are great, and servers are friendly. Service was very slow for each of the meals I ate, whether the restaurant was busy or not (if you have children, bring something to occupy them). There is always loud music blaring, whether for breakfast or dinner. At dinner, it was so loud I had issues communicating with my server. The food is okay, not great. I had mussels and fries my first night. The mussels were fine (they only had to be steamed) but the fries were soggy and not crisp. The website advertises local specialities, but the menu is mostly burgers, pizza, fried fish etc. They do have various types of poutine, but I didn't try these after sampling the soggy fries. I ate two breakfasts here. The first day I had a ham and cheese omelette. The ham was diced into the egg (not a fold-over omelette) and some ham pieces were rubbery and difficult to chew. The cheese was a slice of neon orange processed cheese. It would help if they gave people a choice of cheese (maybe brie, given it's a French region)? The next day I went with just bacon and eggs, and it was less disappointing. Overall, I think this place is fine to enjoy drinks and a view, but I wouldn't eat here again. I spoke with a few locals in the area while I was there and they made the same recommendation."

"I have been here a few times, as my daughter works at the hotel. I love eating breakfast on the terrace, so beautiful. I have also come to the brunches on Sunday, for Mother's Day and other special occasions . The breakfast is always good , service is very good , and friendly as well. I find the breakfast a little expensive, but a nice treat to be able to enjoy the beautiful weather, and watch the sail boats and activity on the water. Usually I go during the week, so it is quiet. The brunches are very well laid out and plenty of everything, and all you want to eat. Prices a little high for my budget, but well worth it every now and then for a treat!"
