Customer service here is not great. Slow and I think I was just ripped off. I got the caprese sand which is 4.99 I believe plus a cookie for 1.99. So why was my total 9.48?? I had to ask for a bag and I was not given a receipt, which I did not realize until I left!!! And it was all in slow mo. In strain station they need to hustle. Not the first time people in this location act like they're way too good to take care of you.

I bought a breakfast sandwich, but the cashier arranged it by fifty cent more the sign said. When I mentioned that, she said her price was correct. we went where the sign was; she looked at the back and said it was an old sign, then removed the sign and another. she said she wouldn't sell it to me for the advertised price. that's deceptive. who knows how many people are distracted and don't make sure they calculate a higher price than what is shown prominently. to the happiness, as there are many other restaurants in union station, I have my eating elsewhere. if they serve this place, they should be sure that they do not overload them because the employees seem not to understand the concept of wrong advertising.
