"I LOVE this restaurant! Whenever I find myself in or around Windsor it’s a must visit no matter the detour. The chicken delight is mouthwatering delish. The staff are so nice and accommodating even with the current staffing situation (which is everywhere). 100% recommend Windsor’s Penalty Box!"

"I ordered chicken strips. It came with coleslaw and fries. I upped the order to poutine instead of the regular fries. SO...The chicken was as dry as a piece of lumber. The coleslaw, all you taste is mayonnaise. Poutine was cold. Need I say anything else besides that was the first and last time I go there? NO!!!"

"We love the food at this restaurant, they always have nice specials up that mixed it up and their beer selection is well rounded!Their service is always attentive and helpful! We love it here!Some of the other patrons, however are very very scary. This bar during the day can be full of normal, nice people. We've been there many times where the other patrons have made our stay uncomfortable, and uncomfortable for the staff as well! A man once threw a beer bottle at the bartender and threatened her with the knife, there's always a group of people who dominate the pool tables in the back and stare at you as you pass by to use the bathroom.Absolutely nothing bad on the restaurant or the owners, they are doing a great job. Just a warning that we have left quite early a couple nights because of some people in there."
