"Our customer service in being seated was unfortunately quite poor. We were left standing with no one assisting us. So, we just sat ourselves. The waitress kind of took a double look and came over to us immediately. We informed her of what had happened and she was very apologetic and the service she provided us with was impeccable. The food was very good. The manager then came to our table and apologized that no one greeted us and sat us down. She then offered us each a dessert which was very nice of her. My husband and I decided to share a dessert which was very good as well. I felt they handled the situation very well. Our server was exceptional."

"I visit this location regularly both during the week and on weekends. It is a typical fast food restaurant, clean with good service with the exceptions of specials on certain Wednesday when there is a lineup at noon. Food is reasonable, particularly the smaller portion menu where Jr. Whopper and Jr. Chicken, which I enjoy."
