Wir waren an diesem augustabend im nahen Hotel de la Source eingquartiert und suichten ein nahes Restaurant, da mein Mann keicht gehbehindert ist. In der Gartenwirtswchaft waren noch viele Tische frei zbd bur auf etwa jnapp der Höldte der Tische stand das Reserviert Schild. Kaum hatten wir an einem freien Tisch Platz genommen, da erschien sehr schnell eine Bedienung aber nicht etwa, um uns die Soeisekarte zu präsentieren, sondern um uns recht unhöflich darauf aufmerksam zu machen, dass es keine freien Tische mehr gäbe. Ich gab zur Antwort, dass ja längst nicht alle Tische als reserviert bezeichnet seien. Nach einigrem Hin und Her wollte sie sich gnädigst dazu herablassen, ja vielleicht ganz hinten könnte es noch einen Tisch geben. Wir aber zogen es vor, dieses unfreundliche Restauant unverrichteter Dinge zu verlassen und besser ins Stadtzentrum zu fahren (wo wir dann sehr gut bedient waren).. Nie wieder !

As appetizer my wife and I shared a shrimp cocktail, done the old fashioned way, lots of shrimps in lemony cocktail sauce. Service is friendly and speedy, lots of outdoor space under shady trees. One minus, close to the noisy road.

I know I will regret this review because nobody knows this place, and I really enjoy this situation. You should really pay it some attention next time you are i... Csarda is a typical small local restaurant. Nothing makes it stand out, the location...is not really good, it is too close to a main road, but at least parking is usually easy. Even inside, you won 't be impressed by the decoration. it really looks bland and uninteresting. But they have some of the best meat in the whole town and even further than that. They also make very decent pizza and some good pasta or cheese dishes, but the reason why you want to eat there is meat. They make all the known variations of meat fondue, chinese, bourguignonne, bressane, tatar hat, name it ! Most of them are offered on an all you can eat formula, but what makes it really interesting is the sheer quality of the meat. It is gorgeous. They also make excellent skinny fries (matchstick size) with their meat which I always appreciate. The service is very friendly and the prices are fair. So, like I said, I know I will regret shedding some light on this little unknown gem, but go ahead ! try it, if you enjoy meat you will love the place.

It does not look like much , its very noisy terrace , inside it is just plain , but you are greeted by a very friendly patronne you speak English ,pleasant wait... Lire plus It does not look like much , its very noisy terrace , inside it is just plain , but you are greeted by a very friendly patronne you speak English ,pleasant waitress we were offer 2 lunch time menu 1) filets of perches chip and...salad ,nicely done not greasy , 2) horse steak well done in a peppered sauce chip and salad , both were good portion 3dl of rosé wine and 2 coffees just under 50 frs ,don't go by the look of the place just have a go , the place was packed for a Friday lunch time.
