Today, almost nothing remains of the former processing plant that once stood at 11, rue des Gravilliers in the heart of Le Marais where Jules Jim Hotel now stands. The only remaining trace of the old building is the 18th-century frame, now housing a cocktail bar and a Duplex room. Everything else is brand new! We have utilized simple and durable materials such as concrete, wood, glass, and stone to create a modern and stylish environment. Our 23 rooms feature Hi-Macs stone in 13 bedrooms, creating a timeless and elegant atmosphere. Our main goal is to welcome our guests with care, relaxation, kindness, politeness, and simplicity, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay. Make sure to join us for our delicious breakfast buffet, open from 7am to 11am during the week and 7:30am to 11:30pm on weekends.
