All v... lire la suite I went to the Yoga Sutra Shala in March 2019 and not only were the place, the team and the yoga experience outstanding, but the food was also exceptional. All vegan, tasty, fresh and mostly locally grown and organic. Real food. There was heart and soul in all the dishes and every day we were truly looking forward to meal times. Also, the silent brunches and ritualised communal dinners were so mindful and meaningful. We can’t wait to going again, hopefully this year and food definitely was a big part of the experience!!
