Es el mejor y casi único restaurante de Cuenca en que se puede comer marisco de la máxima calidad venido directamente de MercaMadrid, además de tapas y raciones... lire la suite Es el mejor y casi único restaurante de Cuenca en que se puede comer marisco de la máxima calidad venido directamente de MercaMadrid, además de tapas y raciones y otros platos tradicionales más contundentes todo regado por los mejores vinos. Excelente cocina, destacando sus gambas de Huelva a la plancha, su arroz meloso, su pulpo y sus postres caseros. Sin que, además, los precios sean excesivamente caros. Siempre que se quiera ir a comer o a cenar conviene reservar en este negocio familiar llevado estupendamente por Alberto y su padre Enrique, el ideólogo y dueño durante años de El Joni, hoy día renovado y reformado, donde la hora de las cañas y su terraza es una de las mejores de la ciudad, servida perfectamente por el equipo de Alberto, excelente dueño y gerente. Mención especial para la cocinera y para el equipo de camareras, en el que se aúna simpatía y profesionalidad. Por todo ello, es mi restaurante preferido de Cuenca.
