Embarrassed people did not dare to say no and moved even though they had started to eat. I would like to thank the person in charge of the subway who kindly and calmly pointed out to this person that it would be better to reserve and that for people it was not possible to make them move. This person looked down on the employee and said that she was going to express her dissatisfaction to the management of Subway, hence my message It's the world upside down; don't change anything, you are right (even the subway manager) you are perfect, smiling, welcoming and dynamic and we will come back as a family to have the pleasure of being served by you and your team.
