We went to this restaurant due to the glowing reviews we saw on the TheFork website (which at the time gave us a discount on the a la carte options), but while the food was inexpensive for the area and looked authentic (apparently the people who run the restaurant are from Shanghai), the noodles were not hand pulled and the wonton soup I had ordered, while interesting, left me with a headache (I wondered if the cook had put too much MSG in the soup). A couple I saw at a neighboring table ordered proper dishes which they seemed to enjoy, so perhaps I hadn’t ordered their best dishes. The service was efficient and correct, and the restaurant offered free WiFi. You’ll find unusual and often spicy dishes you won’t find in the nearby Chinese “traiteurs” (cross between takeaways and brasseries), so if you’re looking for dishes like that, many of which are less than 10 Euros apiece, this is the place for you.

I had the same experience as the other reviewer in January. I had reserved a table at the restaurant but the male server who always works there tried to put me at the table he usually puts me and my non-Thai family/friends- right in front of the door. Before, I just chalked it up to the restaurant being busy. This time, there was no one in the restaurant yet he refused to move me inside the restaurant as I had requested. I have never had such rude service in any Thai restaurant before. Pity this restaurant is like this in terms of service. I used to be a regular for the food but I will never come back now.
