As a hotel guest I think breakfast should be available not having to stand for 15 Minutes when the area was empty . Also to be told not to order items in the dinner menu as they’d had complaints is disappointing in a so called 4 star .

Every order from DD has to be refunded due to wrong order or missing items. I went there one day and my daughter went the following week. They're opened an hour...how bout they told me no food ready she just got there. They told my daughter the next week, we waiting on staff to come in ...30 mins after opening. So its not jus door dash but the place itself. Sad truly sad. And I like checkers when I can get it. But it won't be here

Edited 05/2/22 thought I'd give you folks another chance. Stopped at this location on 5/2/22 at 7:32 pm (evening). Again, NO ONE responded at the drive through... lire la suite Edited 05/2/22 thought I'd give you folks another chance. Stopped at this location on 5/2/22 at 7:32 pm (evening). Again, NO ONE responded at the drive through order box. I waited a good 10 minutes at the order box, and no response. I could see there was at least one person inside, who appeared to be cleaning the floors. Drove around to pick up window to see if anyone would come to the window and no one did. Drove to the front of the store and could see two people inside, the one cleaning, and the dude sitting and doing NOTHING. A few other cars pulled into the drive thru line, and they waited and drove off. This is terrible business practice when your hours are posted and I was there at 7:32 in the evening and is LONG BEFORE you close. This time I took a picture of the two inside. This location has lost my money and business. Plus you've lost out on other customers money during these two times I've stopped by being closed/just not responding to customers in the drive thru. I have stopped at the Cordova location on G'town Pkwy and Trinity on 4/12/22 AND 4/19/22, only to find they were CLOSED before 8 pm. Those dates were on a Tuesday. On the 12th I waited at the drive thru order speaker for at least 10 minutes before someone FINALLY came on and said they were closed. On the 18th I got there at 7:30 pm, there were 3 cars ahead me. It was 7:50 pm when it was my turn to order. I patiently waited for 15 minutes to order but NO ONE came in to say ANYTHING at all. I drive disgusted with this Checkers. On the 19th there were 5 more vehicles behind me thawaiting. Why are you closed before 8 pm when the hours posted on your website show you close at 11 pm.
