I would give this place 0 star if I could, if you like waiting for a long period of time for your food, you’ll love this place. There were also other customers complaining about the wait time, one lady had to wait 15 minutes for two small mashed potatoes. I recalled her order being number 90 while orders 93,94, and etc were finished already. I’ve visited other el pollo places where the service is fast even though they’re busy and had a drive-thru. Speaking of which, this place doesn’t have a drive-thru so I’m not sure why the service is slower here. Finally, when my food was done, no one was there to handed out to me. My would would be behind the counter sitting for more than 5 minutes and it wouldn’t even be warm anymore. This happened to everyone else also. The chicken was mediocre at this place because it they just rushed it so people could get their food faster. Overall, this ruined my experience in El pollo loco

I ordered the Caldo de pescado and it literally made me flashback to when my mother use to make it. The taste of thwir caldo is similar to my mothers. great job El Paso Cafe. I'll definitely be coming back.

I had huevos rancheros and grilled chicken super burrito. Great atmosphere. Waitress was beautiful kind and sweet. Cook was amazing food was ready in like no time at all.
