And then... impeccable hygiene, everything is delicious, they even have offal (for those who appreciate it , dishes served in a traditional Provençal earthenware dish or with side dishes. You absolutely must try the Agrillade Saint Gilloise (made with chuck steak, simmered with lemon vinegar, anchovies, bacon, and chopped onions... . And the atmosphere is fantastic! Just don't all go at once, or it'll be impossible! We highly recommend it, of course ;
