Mcdonald's - Acworth

Now, about my meal: the fries are inconsistent—some are rock hard, while others taste barely cooked, and none of them are even remotely warm. This McDonald's really needs a serious wake-up call. Honestly, I would rather drive the six miles to the one on Bells Ferry than deal with this location that's only a mile away. For the sake of all that is good, please improve your service!

This McDonald's used to be great, but my experience this evening was quite disappointing. I'm not sure if it has changed ownership, but what happened to customer service? It feels like the staff act as if they are doing customers a favor while they collect their paychecks. Do they not realize that without customers, their hours would be nonexistent? This is truly disheartening, and I blame management for the poor service. They need to improve things quickly. I would give zero stars if I could, but I have to add at least one.

I absolutely love this place! I usually work late hours, but there's a wonderful manager who is on duty overnight. She has the prettiest eyes and always ensures that everything is perfect with my order. She's incredibly generous with the extra sauces and is so friendly when she talks over the speaker. Plus, she has a great sense of humor! It's no wonder I keep returning; she remembers my order and even lets me know ahead of time if I'm running low on something. Her team speaks highly of her, and it's clear that they really appreciate her. She's very understanding and patient—definitely someone to keep around for the long haul!

I was so looking forward to my McDonald meal especially after a long drive through Atlanta. I got off at the McDonald's and ordered the double cheeseburger with no onion and large fry. The double Fred was old and fell apart as I took it out of thepaper to eat. The meat was dried out and hardly any condiments on my sandwich. The meat had a funny smell to it. I could not eatthe burger at all. I did eat the hot fries which I appreciated because they were hot and I was very hungry. That's why I gave ita two-star for the food. The person at the drive-thru window was very pleasant. Since I was traveling and on the highway I didnot go back actually I will remember this McDonald's on every trip I travel South and will not stop here.

Only gave one star because there wasn 't a zero. Completely nasty! The bathrooms were disgustingly gross. The floor in the employee work area was flooded. The food, not to my surprise, was almost as bad. Chicken sandwich and fries tasted like theywere cooked a week ago. I literally ate a few of my fries, threw the bun away because it was so hard. The chicken took meabout 2 bites before throwing it out. Horrible visit!
