KTL McDonald's, LLC - Apex

Woohoo, another McDonald's! At least it will begin clean!

I love the new McDonald's in Apex. The food is always so fresh and the staff is always friendly and friendly. Inside is very clean and or never is a long waiting period. Also the drive thru is always fast and the food is always fresh.

I brought my 6 years old in tonight to reward his good behavior by adding another Teen Titan's toys from your happy meals to his collection. He had Cyborg, but that was it. The woman behind the checkout looked friendly through two complete shelves of prepared happy meal bags and each had a Robin character. I was happy to buy a Robin, but he was slightly disappointed that he would not get his favorite character Starfire. The manager did not miss a beat and went with the key in his hand to the display case and opened him and gave him the entire poster board with all the toys that explained that they would lead a new toy action anyway!!!! Talk about amazing customer service: I will be absolutely back to give this location my business!

Not the worst McDonald's, but it could use some improvements. The waiting time for the food is usually longer than normal, there are never any spices or napkins in the bag, and it is not offered so that I make several trips to get it as I notice what I need.

The staff was amazing and the food was great. The level of service places the bar really high for other McDonald's.
