Frühsammers Restaurant - Berlin

A great star restaurant with fantastic food and very good wines. The service is excellent for the price. Always happy.

The food was excellent as usual. We were thrilled! . Unfortunately the service was in the smallest way suitable for very good food and pleasant ambience.

Peter Frühsammer's wine accompaniment was always very praised in different places, which is why we decided not to look at the wine map, but to put us in our hands immediately. In the end, the selection has not convinced us completely. The white wines were usually easier in nature, usually fresh and in stainless steel. For example, I would like to have something more powerful here. The Rosso di Montalcino to the main course was good, but I would like to have a little more angle and less pleasant. And somehow this characterizes the evening quite well. It was beautiful and pleasant in the Grunewalder Villa. The food of Sonja Frühsammer was carefully prepared and quite subtle, because loudly composed. But it also remained a little mainstream. In one place or another, I would like to have a loud call, be it food or wine. When we're back in downtown, I'm almost happy about the sound and the hectic of Moloch's Berlin. Grunewald is too quiet.

The food and the wine tasting were excellent. the greetings from the kitchen were kreatiw and an extraordinary taste sensation. we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the unavoidable atmosphere.
