Slightly arcaic ordering system,pleasant staff.However the gravy to fry ratio could use an improvement.

Good ribs and the brisket was nice (a little bland, but perfectly cooked). They contain no bread!! Strange. And a little expensive, but if you want BBQ, give him a shot

Sibley BBQ is amazing! They both make their sauces homemade, and hand hack their bbq twice a day, and their homemade Coleslaw is great! Your staff is well trained in every aspect of the company. I had many questions about catering, and my waitress Brittany was very helpful. I enjoyed Sibleys and will often come back! I recommend this to everyone looking for a good meal and a reasonable price.
