Do not go to the subway the day manager is horrible. My 6-year-old granddaughter wouldn't even eat the sandwich the manager got really hostile when my daughter went to confront her about while the sandwiches wasn't made the right way all we wanted was the sandwiches made the correct way. She attacked my daughter pushing her out the door my daughter has a severely sprained wrist because of her. The district regional manager won't even do anything about it.
They have stolen $40 from me and refuse to refund it back. There is never a manager on duty, or anyone answering the phone. I made an online order in February then got a call from them stating they were out of bread. Have given nothing but a runaround about getting my refund. I will be contacting consumer affairs in Nashville and filling a report. Maybe when they have their business license revoked they will get their act together.
Took forever to come to the speaker, then it took 20 mins to even start making my sandwich just to recieve it cold in the end (when asked for it to be heated)
Bruh. Do not go to this Subway. I have never had a worse experience in a restaurant in my entire life. I don’t know the workers name but he was cursing in front of customers, was complaining about how people always have to come in as he’s about to leave his shift, arguing with his coworker saying “prepping isn’t my job”, and then getting impatient with me about cheese when it took them 30 minutes to even begin making my sandwich. I understand being busy but this was just an awful experience for not only me but the other customers there. Do not recommend. Go to the one near GameStop.
