Contribuer aux commentairesDon't customize your order here. Twice now, I've added an extra patty for $1.70 only to find it missing what I got home. If you're doing the drive thru, you often are told to park and wait. It can be slow.
It was fairly busy (but that's all Whataburger's) but they were quick and got our food out fast. I didn't like the change to the number system when you dine in, now they take your name which leads the person bringing your food to have to walk around yellingyour name.
It was midnight when we got here. It's been almost 20 min and we have only move 2 cars. I'm a little confused about how much food people are buying or how slow is this location. If you're open 24hrs you should be prepared for a slow or fast night right?Specially Saturday night. Update, we opened the bag and the burger was COLD, fries cold on top, warm at the middle of the box. Iwon't be coming back here.
My family went here yesterday and had an awesome experience. We were celebrating my son making all region Chior and celebrating my uncle's birthday. We bought a cake from next door that they weren't willing to cut for us. But Jason went above and beyondto make sure we got it cut and could celebrate. I stupidly made the choice of a red cake. Which the frosting got everywhere. Icleaned up! But Jason was amazing. Best Whataburger manager out there! He so spelled each one of our names correctly whichisn't an easy feat. Thank you Jason for an awesome experience.
I would go to this Whataburger again (whenever I?m back in GTown). As Whataburger is notoriously slower than most fast foods (cause it?s made FRESH TO ORDER), it was no big deal to wait 8 min for our food. The staff was a mixture of young and moreexperienced, but they were all pleasant, helpful, and worked well together. We were greeted upon entering and wished a goodnight when we left. No one complained, made faces, or otherwise made us feel like they were annoyed when we changed our mindsand asked for our food to be bagged up so we could leave (we suddenly realized we were short on time). They simply said, ?Sure?with a smile and bagged it up (adding napkins, ketchup, and straws). Excellent customer service! The food was delicious asWhataburgers (ONLY IN TEXAS) should be. I was 100% happy with every aspect of this experience! Thank you wonderful staff atGTown Whatabuger!
