Proof is the ideal place for a carefully crafted cocktail. They offer an excellent selection of bourbon and scotch, complemented by highly skilled mixologists behind the bar. If you’re in search of a delicious, expertly made cocktail, this is the spot to visit. It’s entertaining to watch the mixologists as they climb the ladder to create intricate drinks. All the mixologists here are fantastic, and Jeremy is definitely a standout character! Regardless of who serves you, the service is always exceptional. The large round booths are perfect for larger groups or for a cozy date night. From the outside, the place might seem unassuming, but once you step inside, the atmosphere is incredibly cool, classy, and vibrant. The interior is beautiful and inviting, with perfectly curated music that ties everything together. Plus, they have a lovely patio for those warmer evenings! I highly recommend visiting Proof if you haven’t had the chance yet!

Lovely ambiance! You wouldn't expect it from the outside, but the interior is quite classy. It really feels like stepping back in time. The atmosphere was nearly perfect, with Edison bulbs, candles, and big band music playing softly in the background, not to mention the wonderful drinks! The bartender, Jeremy, was also very fun and engaging! I'll definitely be coming back to this place. The prices for drinks are a bit higher, but they're absolutely worth it. My only complaint is that a classy establishment like this shouldn't have TVs—maybe just one at most. Other than that, this place is fantastic!

We went out to a bar called Proof in Omaha for a friend?s birthday. There?s a huge selection of scotch to choose from and there mixed drinks are tasty and they have a good beer menu as well. I had the house Old Fashion for $5. It was not bad but also notthe best I?ve had. I would probably order a different one the next time just to see the difference but I?d still order this one.They have a very small selection of food to choose from as it is not a restaurant but an actual bar. The music was fun andsounded like you were in a Speak Easy. The bartenders were dressed up in suit vests which made the feel of the bar even morelike something from the roaring 20s. They were polite and attentive. Even the owner visited our table and was sociable with us.This was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go back.

I 'm in love with this place. If you like incredibly flavorful, boozy drinks, THIS is your place! We tried several of the house cocktails on the menu and we were blown away by them all. (And between me and my friend, we tried several of the drinks) alsoliked their hummus and spinach dip apps to munch on. The atmosphere and the ambience of the place was awesome too! Can 't wait tocome back!! Also shout-out to the bartender Jackie for being awesome and making our drinks with perfection. Worth every penny!??????
