Pizza Hut - Griffin

I was just in this Puzza Hut for about 20 mins. No one ever came to the front… even after I yelled out hello. I called the phone thinking maybe they will come to the front for the phone…..Nope….there were 3 ppl inside at a table eating…. And no one else in sight. Hire a whole new crew or just close it down at this point. I just left and went to Popeyes. And I will never go back to this Pizza Hut.

Let me start this with a positive first, the food was delicious... probably the best it's ever been! However, the customer service or lack thereof was beyond horrible! My son and I sat at the pick up window for 13 minutes with ZERO recognition. We saw two different young men walking in the kitchen area, but would not acknowledge us. After I pulled off in frustration, I could see that the crew members were all sitting in a booth laughing and smiling. At that point, one young man went to the window to help the car that was behind me. My son tried to enter but the door was locked and they would not let him in, just told him to walk to the other side. I stayed in the car while my son went in to pick up our order. Another 9 10 minutes had passed before he was helped on the inside. This is not the first time that has happened where you go in and don't even see anyone. You can cough, clear your throat, make any noise, even say HELLO?, you will get helped when you get helped. If you don't want to do your job and provide the necessary services, then close the store.

If you come inside they won’t come to the front and check to see if any customers are there, another customer and I were trying to get their attention in which all of them then went to the back! I proceeded to knock on the door leading to the back and the lady at the window was rude stating she was working the window, I then told her we had been waiting at the front, one customer had even walked out. She was rude so I was rude back, she then called someone to help us which should’ve been done without the attitude!!

Server was very evidential on dope, got order wrong, brought out half of order at a time, no silverware furnished or offered, we had to ask. Was rude and talked like she was out of her head. Absolutley ridiculous!
