Firehouse Subs Indian Trail

Food was delicious but staff was having heavy political conversation the entire time I was there. I have no issues with peoples personal views but I do believe that politics should not be discussed in the workplace in front of customers.

Our school has just a very great job for students involved in an after-school activity. My experience with the manager, Paul, could not have been positive anymore. My order was ready when I arrived and the staff helped me load it in my car. I even made a mistake with one of our orders and Paul gave us an extra meal in a hurry for free. The students also loved the subs. This place exceeded my expectations. We will use Firehouse for similar events in the future.

Only an extremely long waiting period did no worker ever seem to hurry. Then our sandwiches weren't quite right. I've had some good experiences here, maybe it was a free day.

Fantastic hot and fresh dishes, and the service is very friendly. I absolutely love this place! I agree with others about the entire staff; everyone here provides exceptional service.
